Having grown up in Teaneck, NJ from age 3, Sam came from a lower-middle class family.  As a child and teen his primary interests were math and music.  Working nearly full time his final two years of high school, he started his first company with two friends during his senior year of high school (SCJ Pro Entertainment LLC). This grew to eventually staff more than 50 DJ’s and entertainers to up to 700 events per year including Bars/lounges, Sweet 16s, school functions Bar Mitzvahs, corporate events, and Weddings.  As the company expanded he opened another company Sonicfiber.com which would sell musical equipment to all of those DJs, their friends, and eventually the world.  

Sonicfiber.com and its parent company SCJ Group LLC expanded to have 13 full time employees, a wholesale division, and it its peak year, revenue of nearly $10 Million in 2013.  During this time, Sam also forged partnership and new businesses including DJRentalGear.com which offered pro audio, visual, dj and lighting rentals and event production, He became a partner at Musically Yours who was a previous customer of Sonicfiber/SCJ Group LLC, and also bought his first The UPS Store franchise in Teaneck in 2009.  Sam was an avid public speaker at local events, high schools, universities, and corporate events about entrepreneurship.  Sam currently owns 10 The UPS Store Franchises, DigitalDJGear.com (An ecommerce company selling pro audio, dj, lighting, and recording equipment), Sonicfiber (which is now an accessories brand), Dekoni Audio, the leading manufacturer of ear pads and headphone accessories globally, and is a named partner of SNS Real Estate Investment Group LLC, which focuses on industrial real estate in the Northeast.  Sam’s business acumen stems from his ability to interpret data in real time, and make quick decisions.

Sam does not hold any college degrees (as he left both Westminster Choir College and subsequently Montclair State University prior to graduation). He does however sit on the Music Advisory Board for the Bergen County Academies in Hackensack, NJ.  Sam is passionate about educating everyone that wants to learn about business, money management and logistics. He holds stakes in many private companies globally, and welcomes new opportunities.
